Dog Bite Prevention Campaign Kicks off this week: Winnipeg Humane Society and the Animal Services Agency (WINNIPEG) – The Winnipeg Humane Society and the City of Winnipeg’s Animal Services Agency are joining forces to remind families of the importance of educating children on how to be safe with dogs.
