2nd Annual Tailgate Party!

***The event has been moved INSIDE the shelter due to the rain. Tailgate party will be as planned but the festivities will be in our classroom*** 4:05pm

Summer is winding down but that doesn’t mean we’re slowing down! It’s time for our end-of-summer party! Everyone is welcome to this family-friendly event.  

On Thursday, September 20th from 3-7pm, we will be holding our 2nd annual Tailgate Party right here in The WHS parking lot at 45 Hurst Way.

Come out and enjoy live music sponsored by Petsecure, food from Sis & Me Mobile Catering, a performance by the dogs from InnerDrive K-9 Sports Team and a performance by the students of The Hutton Academy of Irish Dance. Plus, face painting and balloon animals for the kids!

In addition to the party, for the duration of the day, we will be adopting medium and large breed dogs and puppies for just $99 and cats over six months for $9.99.

Bring a lawn chair, and enjoy the fun with your family and other pet lovers! Furry friends welcome!

It was a TON of fun!

“I was there from 3-5 and although the weather kinda shifted the plan to indoors, it was a blast. There were reps from every dept answering questions, and the cats and dogs (incl kittens and pups) were getting new forever homes! That's what was so exciting. Watch for it next year if you missed it today!
